PBJ & Associates provided technical advice for the development of tender documentation for operation and maintenance of the Goldfields Superpipe by the Central Highlands Water and Coliban Water Joint Venture. This work included assistance with the assessment of expressions of interest, assistance with the development of contract conditions and technical specifications, and compilation of reports and documentation for the tender.

PBJ & Associates assisted Coliban Water with the collation and integration of all the plans within its Emergency Management System. Documents were checked for consistency and co-ordination and EMS awareness training exercises were held with staff members to increase understanding of the system. A ten year management plan for the EMS has been developed.

recycled water system assessment
Coliban Water’s Bendigo Recycled Water Factory provides Class A recycled water for public gardens, sporting facilities and homes in the Bendigo area. PBJ & Associates prepared a major revision of the Recycled Water Quality Management Plan for the Water Factory, which was required as a result of revisions made to the HACCP Plan for the facility. The Management Plan details how Coliban Water manage the health and environmental risks associated with the supply of recycled water to its customers.
